Clinical Technologist
Clinical technologists perform more complex laboratory test and procedures than technicians. They also supervise technicians, confirm their test, manage laboratory quality control programs.
Most clinical laboratory specialists work in hospitals, but they are also employed by private practices, medical groups, research laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, and universities.
Average Salary:
$20,000-$28,000(Clinical laboratory technicians)
 $25,000-$40,000(Clinical technologists)
Educational Requirements:
Students should take the most challenging high school courses in, science, math, and English. An associate’s degree in the field or completion of a specialized in-house training programs is required to become a clinical laboratory technician.
A bachelor’s degree in field is normally required to become a clinical technologist; however some employers accept an associate’s degree and extensive clinical experience as a substitute education or specialize training to advance their career in clinical chemistry, blood banking, and microbiology.

Clinical Laboratory Specialists
Duties and Responsibilities:
Clinical Laboratory Specialists include both Clinical Laboratory Technicians and Clinical Technologist. These professions also referred to as Medical Laboratory Technicians or Medical Technologists. Both technicians and technologists perform laboratory work to identify, diagnose, and treat diseases.
Clinical Laboratory technicians use microscopes, laboratory equipment, chemicals and computers to perform laboratory procedures. They also collect blood specimens and prepare culture media. They conduct tests and prepare reports for clinical technologists or physicians.

Chiropractor

Duties and Responsibilities:
          Chiropractors treat patients by manually adjusting parts of the human body, especially the spine. Chiropractors and their patients believe that problems with bone and nerve alignment can cause illness and problems in other parts of the body, a view not widely accepted by allopathic physicians and other traditional medical practitioners.
          Chiropractors manipulate their patients’ spinal columns for treatment. Thy may prescribe specific diets or exercises, but not drugs. Chiropractors cannot perform surgery.
          Most chiropractors establish a private practice and some provide home treatments. Others form group partnerships in clinics or chiropractic hospitals
          Average Salary: $30,000-$100,000

Biomedical Equipment Technician
Duties and Responsibilities:
          Biomedical equipment technician inspect, maintain, and repair different types of medical equipment used to diagnose and treat disease. They perform safety checks and train practitioners to safely operate equipment. Biomedical equipment technology has been one of the fastest growing medical career fields in recent years.
          Average Salary: $20,000-$38,000
Educational Requirements:
          Students should take challenging science, math, and electronics courses in high school.
          Following high school biomedical equipment technicians complete one to three years of courses work in biomedical technology, medical-electronics, or biomedical-engineering. Most programs lead to certification and/ or associate degree. Some employers will hire electronics technicians and provide on-the-job biomedical technology training.

Biomedical Engineer
Part 1
Duties and Responsibilities:
          Biomedical engineer use engineering principles to solve health related and medical problems. They do a lot of research in conjunction with life scientist, chemists, and medical professionals to design medical devices like artificial hearts, pacemakers, dialysis machines, and surgical lasers. Some conduct research on biological and other life system or investigate ways to modernize laboratory and clinical procedures.
          Frequently, biomedical engineers supervise biomedical equipment maintenance technicians, investigate medical equipment failure, and advise hospitals and installing new equipment.
          Biomedical engineers work in hospitals, universities, industry, and research laboratories.
          Average Salary: $29,000-$600,000
